Community Conversations

As a response to gang violence, instability, and lack of access to food/gas/resources, orphanages have been moving children en masse to more stable areas of the country. The topic of moving children from their original orphanage location to another, sometimes across the country, and the corresponding legal, ethical, and practical considerations, is complex.
